- Priority 1 (Responds within 1 hour): This level addresses failures of the product during operation that significantly impede functionality, rendering the software unusable without a viable workaround.

Absolutely! The ALMobile Cloud model operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription basis, where you pay a monthly fee for the software. This subscription is offered under a 36-month agreement.
