  • Every two years, we host the ALMobile Users Conference, a complimentary two-day training event exclusively for our clients. This conference offers an invaluable opportunity to explore new features through sessions led by Austin Lane team members, with contributions from client speakers.
  • Monthly ALMobile Lunch and Learn sessions, facilitated by Account Representatives, aim to educate users on our products.

Our Software Support Services are designed to streamline the process for our clients, ensuring ease and efficiency. We aim to respond promptly to all client-reported issues within the coverage hours of their support plan. The ticket priority system is as follows:
  • Priority 1 (Responds within 1 hour): This level addresses failures of the product during operation that significantly impede functionality, rendering the software unusable without a viable workaround.
  • Priority 2 (Responds within 2 hours): This priority covers failures that impact critical functionality but offer an acceptable workaround.
  • Priority 3 (Scheduled time): This priority is reserved for requests related to software customization, version upgrades, server migration, and similar tasks.

With Software Support, you’re in control. You determine the priority for each support call, as we prioritize saving your time. You can reach us via phone, email, or through our interactive Client Support Portal to submit a ticket.

Absolutely! The ALMobile Cloud model operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription basis, where you pay a monthly fee for the software. This subscription is offered under a 36-month agreement.

Although timelines may vary based on individual company needs, the typical duration between the initial ALMobile Kickoff Meeting and the ‘Go Live’ date is approximately twenty business days. We adapt our pace to align with your organization’s requirements. Comprehensive information regarding the implementation process, including details and logistics, is provided in our ALMobile Implementation Guide, furnished to all clients during the initial Kickoff Meeting.
